Nels Anderson, DrumBus Utah
Northern Utah: Salt Lake, Davis and Utah County
Nels has been facilitating drumming events since 2009 with Rhythms of Life and an owner of his own territory since 2013. He averages 25+ events/month in Salt Lake County engaging over 1,500 people monthly with group-drumming.
Nels sees the power of drumming play out on the groups he works with and on himself. “I love to see the walls of inhibition come crumbling down. Not only do I love to see it in others, but in myself. It brings out abilities in me I never thought possible.”
Nels’ loves his job, even on the days he is tired: “As soon as the drumming begins, and after, I feel so grateful for the experience.” Nels has noticed how easily people bond and get along after drumming together–children and adults.

Jeffrey Trower is a Remo endorsed drum circle facilitator, nationally certified massage/bodywork therapist, social circus coach, and Gulf War veteran. Jeffrey is passionate about his service to others; in the underserved populations, such as at-risk youth, individuals struggling with mental illness, veterans, and terminally ill patients. He brings a special approach, and heart, to the individual healing, while using his personal experience and training in many modalities.
In 2010, Jeffrey founded, Community Productions, a music enrichment company that seeks to promote collective consciousness through art, music and outreach. The power of music began to reveal itself to Jeffrey as a unifying tool and so he looked for more ways to create interactive experiences for his clients.
It is Jeffrey’s goal to put a drum in the hands of every person he connects with. This goal is being realized in his every day work and service in the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding communities. Jeff currently serves on the board of the Drum Circle Facilitators Guild as Veterans’ Affairs Liaison.
